G & G is established in 1999 in Marmaris Turkiye, as a tourism company in the beginning. Due to the background of the founder Mr.Firat ATASOY, the company has a wide range of business facilities and rapidly grow in several areas.

Before the company G & G , Mr.ATASOY was in travel business, and he developed air excursions by MI-8 type helicopters with 20 seats capacity which was a first . These excursions were very popular those days, and tourists had the advantage of visiting two famous resorts of Turkiye in the same day (Ephesus and Pamukkale). Thereafter he used these helicopters to fight against forest fires on serve of Turkish Ministry of Forest.

Beyond these, he put a brand-new high speed catamaran  named MANTO in the Marmaris-Rodos line to reduce the voyage duration from two hours to 35 minutes. It was also the first. There was also some shops managed by him, Jewelry, Leather Textile, Chicco Baby Textile and Accessories and and Insurance Company specialized in elementary branches.

In 1999, when he married with his wife whom he met and felt in love via internet , they found G & G Ltd.Co. The meaning of G & G is coming from: gotcha and ginger of which the nicknames of Mr.Firat and his wife during their chat times in the net.

G & G started a speedy grow, first an entrance to shipping business and bringing a cruise ship with a casino named JOHN P.(which is also a first) on the line of Marmaris and Rodos, then  got the license of sales for Suzuki and Geely motorbikes .Suzuki was another first in Marmaris.

Between year 2003 and 2005, G & G hold  the contract of 18 various tonnage cargo vessel’s port agency in Turkey, one showroom of motorcycles having different brands, passenger transportation between Rhodes and Marmaris by hydrofoil, one bottled water chain store (Pinar SU) , one bottled LPG sales store (MOGAZ), a shipping agent serving allover Turkiye ports, an offshore company dealing in metal scrap and scrap vessels for demolition, travel services company, one hydrofoil ship carrying passengers between Marmaris and Rodos island  and an export agent company.

Now in 2007, G & G is serving in shipping business (cargo transportation between Turkiye and Greece by ships), building yachts from wood and GPR in different sizes and models, yacht and ship brokerage, international trade, exporting various items to Europe.
